One Good Thing

One good thing that came out of the testing of this past week:  I found out that I was not storing 12 pounds of crud in my colon;  I lost only a portion of that much weight preparing for the test, and it easily returned within 2 days ( :o.       I guess I just have too much fatty tissue on my internal organs.  I will have to find out if everything is actually okay, then work on losing the extra (ugly fat?) weight.

Do the South Beach Diet for 3 to 6 months.  You'll notice a wonderful difference as your body retrains its metabolism.  I'm sure you can find the books about South Beach Diet at the library.  Hope the results come back good.

If I remember right, the south beach diet,  has a lot of fish dishes. My dad looked at it as a weight loss plan. He ended up going with nutrisystem, which had a lot more variety and options.

(as if I really wanted to diet)  I got the test results back.  There were 3 poylps removed: they are the type that can become cancerous.  They want me back in one year.  As far as weight loss, well I'm going to try to cut back, first, then go on a diet if needed.
